By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method used to complete your purchase.

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions and prices accurately. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or amend any affected order, with a full refund where applicable.

Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual bottle design, packaging or box contents may vary slightly.

An order placed through our website or WhatsApp is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an error in pricing or product information — and will inform you if this happens.

We currently do not use an online payment gateway. After you place an order, payment is completed directly by you via UPI or WhatsApp, using the payment details we provide. Your order is processed for dispatch once payment is confirmed on our end.

All content on this website — including the BASE FRAGRANCES name, logo, product names, photography, descriptions and page design — is the property of BASE FRAGRANCES and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to place fraudulent orders, interfering with the site's normal operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access where this occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BASE FRAGRANCES is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
